By browsing this website, scheduling an appointment, or signing a services agreement, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
1. Scope of Services
IDEAL Performance LLC provides professional executive coaching, strategic business and team optimization, leadership development, and networking communities. Coaching is an ongoing developmental process. It is not mental health therapy, professional counseling, legal, or financial advice. Any decisions made or actions taken by the client based on the coaching relationship are the sole responsibility of the client. Results are dependent on the client's individual dedication, work, and leadership implementation.
2. Confidentiality Policies
We maintain strict confidentiality standards across all coaching services in alignment with professional ethics. Coaching conversations, notes, worksheets, and strategic reviews are strictly private. In corporate-sponsored coaching, high-level structural or timeline feedback is only provided to the corporate sponsor with the client's explicit prior knowledge and consent. Exceptions to confidentiality apply only where disclosure is mandated by law, or to prevent imminent danger to the client or others.
3. Fees, Payments & Cancellations
Coaching, advising, and community pricing rates are established in advance and formalized in separate, individual client agreements. Payments must be completed as defined in your invoice or agreement. Cancellations or scheduling modifications for individual coaching sessions must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Session times missed or modified with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as completed under the program's retainer.
4. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property
All digital copy, branding assets, images, worksheets, diagrams, and methodologies hosted on this site or provided within coaching materials are the exclusive property of IDEAL Performance LLC. Website visitors and coaching clients are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use these resources for individual professional growth. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, or repackage any of our content without express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDEAL Performance LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of business, profits, or organizational disruption) arising out of or related to your use of this website or professional coaching services. Our total liability under any signed services agreement shall be strictly capped at the total financial amount paid by the client under that specific agreement.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Dane County, Wisconsin.
7. Modifications to Terms

Your continued use of the website or our coaching services following any updates signifies your agreement and acceptance of the revised Terms.
